Terms of Use
Clear, short information about how Flow works and how your data is handled.
This product-specific draft is operationally accurate. Company identity, official privacy contact and governing-law details must be approved by counsel before public launch.
1. The service
Flow manages business steps, orders and contacts and can send WhatsApp notifications or offers when the appropriate connection is active. Some functions, including live sending and payments, may remain unavailable until production setup is complete.
2. Accounts and teams
You must provide accurate information and protect account access. The business owner is responsible for invited members, assigned permissions and activity performed in the business workspace.
3. WhatsApp and Meta
WhatsApp use is also governed by Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies. Approved templates, messaging limits, quality requirements and content rules must be followed. Flow does not present a message as sent before Meta actually accepts it.
4. Offers and consent
You may not upload purchased lists or market to people without permission. Opt-outs must be respected immediately. We may stop campaigns or accounts that cause complaints or breach law or WhatsApp policy.
5. Balance and fees
The current balance is a test ledger unless live payments are explicitly enabled. Before commercial launch, packages, fees, taxes and refund rules will be shown clearly before any payment.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Flow for fraud, harassment, spam, unlawful content, bypassing safeguards, or attempting to access another business’s data.
7. Availability and termination
External providers such as Meta can affect availability. Access may be suspended to protect users or the system. Owners can schedule business-data deletion with a 14-day cancellation period.
8. Final legal version
Legal-entity details, governing law, liability boundaries and dispute procedure require counsel approval before public registration or real-money collection is enabled.
